We are happy to announce that we will be re-introducing in-person classes, starting on Friday, July 3rd with only 3 or 4 classes a week.

We are taking a number of measures to ensure the safety and wellbeing of all students and staff. This includes strict limits on the number of students in each class, as well as cleaning and sanitation best practices.

For your safety, all students must register online for each class in advance.

Please follow this class reservation procedure:

1. 1. 1. Use the link below or click here to reserve a spot in class using our booking software (max ppl per class will be 7)
      2. If the main classroom at the academy is full (all 7 spots are filled), you will be able to register into the overflow room which is our 2^nd room in the academy, it will have a TV that will broadcast the main room so you can get a great training session.
      3. If both the main room and the overflow room are at capacity, you will have to join the class from your home via Zoom. The people that will show up without booking into the class will not be able to attend the class in person, nor be able to stay inside the academy to watch. (We must follow these procedures based on Health Canada’s guidelines for re-opening).

Notes: New Safety Procedures and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)

– Please, for the community, stay home if you are sick at all with any symptoms – fever, cough, runny nose, sneezing, fatigue, etc (call 811 if you have any doubt).
– Face Masks and other PPE are welcome, but not mandatory.
– Enter through the main building door by Franca’s restaurant. Exit through the back door of the building facing the rear parking lot.
-Please visit the bathroom at home before you head to class as well as come in with your uniform on to avoid the use to the bathroom. If you must visit the bathroom please spray the used area before and after with disinfectant spray bottles located in the bathrooms.
– Please wash and sanitize your hands frequently, when you arrive, before and after touching anything in the academy, before and after water breaks, etc.
– You will have a designated ‘marked’ place to train (which will be yours throughout the class).
– The studio will be cleaned and disinfected after every class.
– Please clean your area before and after class using the cleaning materials made available in the academy.
– Keep your distance from other students (2 meters).
